Shipping Policy
1. Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
2. Shipping Rates We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom — no minimum spend required.
3. Delivery Method All orders are shipped via our standard delivery service. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
4. Processing Time Orders are processed and dispatched within [X business days] of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
5. Estimated Delivery Times Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes [X–X business days]. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control (e.g. Royal Mail delays, adverse weather).

7. Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification card with instructions for re-delivery or collection. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible at mariar-odrigues32@hotmail.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
