Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or installed
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
